As a personal trainer focused on science-backed resistance training methods, I integrate my background as a yoga teacher and breath-work facilitator to offer a holistic approach to lifting weights. This practice allows me to appreciate and identify each person’s unique movement patterns, ensuring that workouts are both effective and tailored to individual needs.
